Statute 293 5877

1. Following each election, a canvass of the provisional ballots cast in the election must be conducted pursuant to NRS 293.387 and 293C.387. 2. The county or city clerk shall not include any provisional ballot in the unofficial results reported on election night. 3. Beginning on the day following the election, the county or city clerk shall regularly report the results of the counting of the provisional ballots until such counting is completed.
