Statute 293 790

If any person whose vote has been rejected offers to vote at the same election, at any polling place other than one in which the person is entitled to vote, such person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1960, 270; A 1973, 872; 1991, 1686; 2019, 4103)
