1. A person shall not: (a) Make a false representation to obtain any information pursuant to NRS 293.900 to 293.914, inclusive; or (b) Knowingly obtain or disclose information pursuant to NRS 293.900 to 293.914, inclusive, for any use not authorized pursuant to NRS 293.900 to 293.914, inclusive. 2.
