Statute 293b 080

A mechanical voting system must, except at primary elections, permit the voter to vote for all the candidates of one party or in part for the candidates of one party and in part for the candidates of one or more other parties. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1523; A 1985, 1099; 1995, 2632)
