Statute 293b 285

The open part of the booth containing the mechanical recording device and every part of the polling place must be in plain view of the election officers and watchers. The booth must be placed at least 4 feet from the poll clerk’s table. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1528; A 1985, 1105)
