The provisions of NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887, inclusive, relating to early voting and the provisions of NRS 293C.355 to 293C.361, inclusive, apply to a city only if the governing body of the city has provided for early voting by personal appearance pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 293C.110.
