Statute 295 160

1. If the petition is determined to be sufficient, the county clerk shall, at the next general election, submit the act or resolution, by appropriate questions on the ballot, for the approval or disapproval of the people of that county. 2. The county clerk shall publish those questions in accordance with the provisions of law requiring county clerks to publish statewide measures pursuant to NRS 293.253.
