Statute 298 089

In applying and construing the provisions of NRS 298.005 to 298.089, inclusive, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that have enacted the Uniform Faithful Presidential Electors Act. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1233)
