Statute 2a 150

The provisions of NRS 2A.100 to 2A.150, inclusive: 1. Apply only to a judge of the Court of Appeals or a surviving spouse or surviving child of a judge of the Court of Appeals who served as a justice of the Supreme Court or district judge before November 5, 2002; 2. Are administered by the Public Employees’ Retirement Board pursuant to NRS 1A.100; and 3. Are part of the Judicial Retirement System established pursuant to NRS 1A.100. (Added to NRS by 2013, 1708)
