Statute 30 070

The enumeration in NRS 30.040, 30.050 and 30.060 does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in NRS 30.030 in any proceeding where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment or decree will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty. [5:22:1929; NCL § 9444]
