Statute 315 670

In connection with the issuance of bonds or the incurring of obligations under leases and in order to secure the payment of such bonds or obligations, an authority, in addition to its other powers, has the powers conferred by NRS 315.680 to 315.740, inclusive. [Part 14:253:1947; 1943 NCL § 5470.14]
