Statute 315 978

A certificate of the appointment or reappointment of any commissioner shall be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State and in the Office of the Authority, and such certificate is conclusive evidence of the appointment of such commissioner. (Added to NRS by 1973, 617; A 1977, 1191)
