Statute 315 982

A commissioner of the Authority may be removed from office, after a public hearing, by a majority vote of the other commissioners for neglect of duty or malfeasance in office. A vacancy in office must be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term by the entity or entities which appointed the commissioner. (Added to NRS by 1973, 618; A 1995, 812)
