1. A board may request, in writing, assistance from any elected or appointed officer of any county or city in which all or a part of the district is located. 2. The officer shall furnish the requested assistance, after an agreement has been reached concerning the amount of money which the board must pay for the assistance. The cost shall not be more than the actual additional expense necessitated by the request. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2705)
