Statute 31a 160

The withholding of income: 1. To enforce an order of a court for the support of a child has priority over any other proceeding against the same money. 2. To enforce an order of a court regarding an obligation for the current support of a child has priority over any other orders for the support of a child. 3. Is in addition to, and not a substitution for, any other remedy for the collection of an obligation for the support of a child. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1428; A 1997, 2281)
