Statute 32 325

1. A receiver is entitled to all defenses and immunities provided by law of this State other than NRS 32.100 to 32.370, inclusive, for an act or omission within the scope of the receiver’s appointment. 2. A receiver may be sued personally for an act or omission in administering receivership property only with approval of the court that appointed the receiver. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1231)
