Statute 321 055

Upon the occurrence of any tax delinquency on state lands, the county assessor of the county wherein the land is situated shall immediately notify the State Land Registrar of that delinquency. The notice must contain a description of the land and the date and amount of delinquency. (Added to NRS by 1957, 535; A 1959, 488; 1975, 90; 1997, 964)
