The State Land Registrar, after consultation with the Division of Forestry of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, may: 1. Sell timber from any land owned by the State of Nevada which is not assigned to the Department of Wildlife. 2. At the request of the Director of the Department of Wildlife, sell timber from any land owned by the State of Nevada which is assigned to the Department of Wildlife. Revenues from the sale of such timber must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Wildlife Account in the State General Fund.
