No coordinate based on either of the Nevada coordinate systems which purports to define the position of a point on a land boundary may be presented to be recorded in any public land records or deed records unless the document to be recorded contains: 1. A description of the monumented station or stations from which the coordinates being recorded have been determined. 2.
