The Board of County Commissioners of White Pine County, Nevada, are hereby authorized and empowered to deed or otherwise convey to the Federal Government, for such purposes and under such conditions as the Board of County Commissioners may deem fit, with or without monetary consideration therefor, the real property hereinafter described. 2.
