Statute 331 060

1. The Administrator shall, within the limits of legislative appropriations, employ such clerks, engineers, electricians, painters, mechanics, janitors, gardeners and other persons as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 331.010 to 331.145, inclusive. 2. The employees shall perform duties as assigned by the Administrator. 3. The Administrator is responsible for the fitness and good conduct of all employees.
