Statute 333 155

The Administrator shall adopt regulations which set forth standards to be used by using agencies when purchasing new equipment in order to determine: 1. Whether the equipment can be leased or rented at a cost that is equal to or less than the cost of purchasing the equipment; and 2. If a service is required to maintain the equipment, whether the service would be performed more efficiently by the agency or a private contractor. (Added to NRS by 1993, 925)
