1. The Administrator may designate the method of obtaining a contract, including: (a) An invitation to bid; (b) A request for proposals; (c) A request for qualifications; (d) A request for information; (e) A request for a quotation; or (f) Any other accepted method of purchasing that complies with the provisions of this chapter. 2.
