Statute 333 339

Any contract that is entered into or renewed pursuant to this chapter may not: 1. Require the filing of any action or the arbitration of any dispute that arises from the contract to be instituted or heard in another state or nation; or 2. Require the State to indemnify another party against liability for damages. (Added to NRS by 2021, 2025)
