Statute 333 355

1. The Administrator may request that a certified check, cashier’s check or bond, in an amount not to exceed 5 percent of the total value of the bid or proposal, accompany a bid or proposal, if the request applies to each person who submits a bid or proposal. 2. No division or department of the State is liable for any expense incurred by or loss of income sustained by any person because of a request made pursuant to subsection 1. (Added to NRS by 1991, 619)
