1. Nothing in this chapter prohibits the Administrator or a using agency from contracting for interstate or intrastate carriage of persons or property with a certificated common or contract carrier at the rates set forth in the officially approved tariff of such carrier. 2. Nothing in this section prohibits the Administrator or a using agency from soliciting informal rate quotations. (Added to NRS by 1969, 1057)
