Statute 333 469

Any agency, bureau, commission or officer of the Legislative Department or the Judicial Department of the State Government or the Nevada Wing of the Civil Air Patrol or any squadron thereof may obtain supplies, materials and equipment on a voluntary basis through the facilities of the Purchasing Division.
