Obligations for refunding and obligations for any other purpose authorized pursuant to NRS 333A.0906 to 333A.0916, inclusive, or by any other law may be issued separately or issued in combination in one series or more by the State in accordance with the provisions of NRS 333A.0906 to 333A.0916, inclusive.
