Statute 338 1442

If the estimated cost of a public work is $100,000 or less, a local government shall: 1. Award a contract for the completion of the public work to a properly licensed contractor in accordance with NRS 338.1444; or 2. Perform the public work itself in accordance with NRS 338.1446.
