A public body shall notify the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in writing if a licensed professional engineer or land surveyor: 1. Submits plans that are substantially incomplete; or 2. Submits plans for the same public work that are rejected by the public body at least three times. (Added to NRS by 1997, 156)
