1. No public building or other public structure may be renovated or demolished until a survey of the building or structure has been made for the presence of asbestos or material containing asbestos. 2. As used in this section, 'material containing asbestos' has the meaning ascribed to it by the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry pursuant to NRS 618.765.
