Statute 338 400

As used in NRS 338.400 to 338.645, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 338.415 to 338.435, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1999, 1983; A 2005, 1814)
