Statute 338 640

1. The court or arbitrator shall award to a contractor, subcontractor or supplier who is the prevailing party in a civil action or an arbitration proceeding to recover an amount that was required to be paid to him or her pursuant to the provisions of NRS 338.400 to 338.645, inclusive, his or her reasonable costs and attorney’s fees. 2. The provisions of NRS 338.400 to 338.645, inclusive, do not prevent a public body from including a provision governing attorney’s fees in a contract for a public work. (Added to NRS by 1999, 1991)
