Statute 34 950

Any claim of factual innocence that is made pursuant to NRS 34.900 to 34.990, inclusive, is separate from any state habeas claim that alleges a fundamental miscarriage of justice to excuse procedural or time limitations pursuant to NRS 34.726 or 34.810. (Added to NRS by 2019, 2977)
