Statute 341 050

1. Each appointed member of the Board is entitled to receive a salary of not more than $80 per day, as fixed by the Board, while engaged in the business of the Board. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, while engaged in the business of the Board, each member and employee of the Board is entitled to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses provided for state officers and employees generally. The per diem allowances and travel expenses must be paid from money appropriated for the use of the Board, to the extent such money is available.
