Statute 341 1407

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the provisions of NRS 341.141 to 341.148, inclusive, apply to a contract for the construction of a building for the Nevada System of Higher Education only if 25 percent or more of the costs of the building as a whole are paid from money appropriated by this State or from federal money. 2. The provisions of subsection 2 of NRS 341.145 apply to the construction of any building for the Nevada System of Higher Education. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2378; A 2017, 200)
