There is hereby created in the State Treasury a debt service fund to be known as the Consolidated Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. The State Treasurer shall maintain records of accounting reflecting the current condition of the Fund. [1:197:1939; 1931 NCL § 7056]—(NRS A 1985, 711)
