The municipality may issue as special obligations any of the following types of municipal securities: 1. Notes; 2. Warrants; 3. Interim debentures; 4. Bonds; and 5. Temporary bonds, in anticipation of net pledged revenues but not under any circumstances under their terms and the proceedings authorizing their issuance in anticipation of taxes nor, unless otherwise expressly provided in any act supplemental hereto, in anticipation of gross pledged revenues. Such special obligation municipal securities may be payable from, secured by a pledge of, and constitute a lien on net pledged revenues and if expressly so provided in any act supplemental hereto gross pledged revenues.
