Statute 350 616

1. Notes, bonds and interim debentures must be sold in the manner prescribed in NRS 350.105 to 350.195, inclusive. 2. Warrants may be issued to evidence the amount due to any person furnishing services or materials as provided in the Local Government Securities Law. 3. Temporary bonds must be issued to a purchaser of the definitive bonds in anticipation of the exchange of the former for the latter.
