Any bonds or other securities, including without limitation any certificates endorsed thereon, may be executed with facsimile signatures and seals as provided in chapter 351 of NRS. A compliance therewith is not a condition precedent to the execution of any coupon with a facsimile signature. (Added to NRS by 1967, 434; A 1985, 279)
