Statute 353 337

If a public hearing is required in connection with a grant from the Federal Government to a state agency, commission or department, the agency, commission or department may: 1. Request that the hearing be included as an item on the agenda of a meeting of the Interim Finance Committee; or 2. Conduct the hearing in accordance with chapter 241 of NRS.
