'Marketing' means activities relating to marketing and promotion, including, without limitation, market research, public relations, branding and creative services, design and purchase of advertising, design and printing or production of collateral and promotional items, event sponsorships, incentives payable to a student’s scholarship or savings trust account and website design and development. The term includes all such activities performed for the purposes of this chapter, whether performed by state employees or other persons. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3904)
