Statute 353c 226

1. The Debt Recovery Account is hereby created in the State General Fund. 2. Money in the Account may only be used for support of the debt collection efforts of the State Controller pursuant to this chapter. 3. Money transferred to the Account is a continuing appropriation solely for the purpose of authorizing the expenditure of the transferred money for the purpose set forth in subsection 2. 4. Upon the approval of the Interim Finance Committee, the State Controller may expend money in the Account. (Added to NRS by 2009, 1175)
