A state officer or employee who willfully violates: 1. NRS 356.011 is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. Any of the other provisions of NRS 356.010 to 356.090, inclusive, is guilty of malfeasance in office which is a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
