1. The Nevada Tax Commission shall have the power to direct what proceedings, actions or prosecutions shall be instituted to support the law. 2. The Nevada Tax Commission may call upon the district attorney of any county or the Attorney General to institute and conduct such civil or criminal proceedings as may be demanded.
