A person against whom a determination is made pursuant to NRS 360.412 may petition for redetermination. The petition is subject to the requirements of NRS 360.360 to 360.400, inclusive, except that the petition must be made within 10 days after service of the notice of determination. A person who petitions for a redetermination shall deposit with the Department within the 10-day period such security as the Department deems necessary. (Added to NRS by 1985, 947; A 1997, 1568)
