The remedies provided for in NRS 360A.270 to 360A.320, inclusive, are intended to supplement any other remedies provided for in this chapter or chapter 365, 366 or 373 of NRS. The provisions of NRS 360A.270 to 360A.320, inclusive, do not limit or repeal any additional requirements imposed upon the Department by statute, or otherwise by law. (Added to NRS by 1999, 995)
