1. The Department may pay or advance to the sheriff or constable the same fees, commissions and expenses for acting upon the warrant as are provided by law for acting upon a writ of execution. The Department shall approve the fees for publication in a newspaper. Approval from a court is not required for publication. 2. The fees, commissions and expenses are the obligation of the person against whom the warrant is issued. (Added to NRS by 1999, 997)
