1. The last publication of the notice, and the last day of the 21 days which the copy of the summons is required to be posted, shall expire at least 10 days before the return day named in the summons. 2. No other or further service shall be required. The return of the officer, showing a service of the summons upon the defendant named, the real estate and improvements thereon, when assessed separately, and upon all owners of and claimants to the same, known or unknown, shall be conclusive evidence of the due service of the summons.
