Statute 361 910

Allodial title established pursuant to NRS 361.900 is valid for as long as the homeowner continues to own the residence unless he or she relinquishes the allodial title pursuant to NRS 361.915. (Added to NRS by 1997, 3409; A 2005, 1486)
